Fort Taylor, a National Historic Monument located on the southern edge of Key West, predates the Civil War. It houses the largest collection of Civil War armament in the world, making it a significant historical site. Beyond its historical importance, Fort Taylor holds the distinction of being the southernmost state park in the continental United States.

Step aboard the USCGC Ingham – a National Historic Landmark and the most decorated ship in Coast Guard history. Now permanently docked in Key West, the Ingham serves as a floating museum, memorial, and event space. Try their Sunset Happy Hour every Friday and Saturday starting one hour before sunset. This event is weather permitting. $5.00 donation.
